- Inproper, or incomplete RMA submissions will not be processed by Regoort B.V.
- A customer service representative from Regoort B.V. will contact you after submitting the form.
- Further instructions regarding the RMA submission will be discussed with Regoort B.V.
- A copy of the RMA form, and the Invoice must be sent with the products at all times.
- Not adhering to these requirements results in a return of the products to the sender.
